At Watsons Removals & Storage, we understand that plans can change. Reasons could be Settlements fall through or family emergencies happen. The circumstances may differ. What matters is the reality that life is unpredictable—often throwing us off course in ways we never saw coming. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy designed to give you peace of mind.

Free Cancellations: You can cancel your booking outright at no cost, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service.

Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made on the same day the service is being scheduled, again the reasons may vary. At Watsons Removals & Storage, we believe there’s always a solution—and you’ll always have options with us.

No-Show Policy: If no notice is given and the team arrives on-site. A small cancellation fee may apply to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

Booked with us: You can still make changes to your Vehicle size, Addresses, Start time, or Moving date—we’re here to keep things flexible for you.
We pride ourselves on flexibility, making your move as smooth as possible.
If you’re experiencing any issues with your settlement time, just let us know—we’re flexible and happy to work with you. Should your settlement day or time change unexpectedly, we can place your booking on hold or adjust it entirely to suit your new schedule. Our goal is to ensure you don’t miss out on the date and time that works best for you.
